I don’t think it’s a coincidence that every pitcher in the majors throws at least 93 mph, and there are unprecedented home run numbers. Also...and I keep saying this...on a game by game basis every baseball game is weird vis a vis the “averages”. It’s just that we like to look at individual playoff games more closely.
