James did a pretty good job of crashing in Scandinavia.

I think Overwatch 2 finally managed to kill my Overwatch habit, for better or worse. With Overwatch 1 I never missed a single event and I placed in every competitive season, but I barely touched this last Christmas event and didn’t finish my comp placements (Or rank adjustment? I’m confused like Mercante on this one).

as a moira main, it will certainly only increase my healing. There are tons of times where my team is all clt fose to me and taking damage while we attempt to either move onto a far point, or defend one from far enemies.

Normally I run out of healing and have no way to grab more, just waiting on sporadic healing orbs.

Don’t forget about the article about what Amouranth thinks of HL.

I think there’s a middle ground between “militantly telling other people what to do” and “total nihilism because nothing you do matters”.

Yes, but if you are aware of exactly who the person you’re making richer is someone you find reprehensible, then sticking your head in the sand is certainly a choice, but not one people have to make.

Buy the game or don’t buy the game. Buying it will make JKR richer, but you know what they say - never meet your heroes.

Yeah, virtually everything you buy makes someone unsavory richer. The fact that we’re paying with our personal info doesn’t make it any less real that our time on this site not doubt enriches a bunch of terrible people.

How does she celebrate every time that happens?

Personally at this point im just looking forward to the say we get an “Liking Hogwarts Legacy makes you a transphobe” and a “Best way to get gold in Hogwarts Legacy” articles from Kotaku in the same day.

anyone who pledges to support her monetarily is also a transphobe’ and comments like that, where people say ‘you’re x if you y’, immediately draw my ire. Give me a reason that’s substantiated, not a threat of your perception of me shifting.

There’s literally nothing I could care about less than hurting Ted Cruz personally. In fact, I probably fall more on the side of being in favor of him experiencing discomfort and unhappiness...

I mean, if “provides gender affirming care to trans children in consultation with a doctor” is sufficient evidence of abuse to take people’s children from them and throw them in jail, Cruz probably deserves the death penalty for this.

Welcome to new Kotaku, where they seemingly hate everything that isn’t a 2D indie game, gacha, or marvel snap.

You may want to review this again because there isn’t anything that said that any existing players that were not being required to add the phone number were going to be asked for this later. All this was them letting people know that they are expanding more to allow people to use pre paid phone numbers for SMS Protect

This is a better stance than before, where new prepaid phone using customers could not play at all. Misleading article, even if grandfathered people now need to enter a phone number. Allowing prepaid phones eliminates *most* of what I consider a classist policy.

How about letting folks know they can play now with

Smurfing was a real issue in Overwatch 1, at all levels of the game. I think the SMS requirement at launch was implemented unfairly, but if the new version reaches pre-paid phones that should be sufficient. Something has to be done-- we need a real solution to combat bots, smurfs, and hackers... unsure if this is the

Disingenuous article seeking to bash Blizzard. While I agree the OW2 launch was a mess, you’re spinning the facts. SMS Protect never left. They simply exempted existing players, i.e. effectively everyone who played OW1 and people who already linked their accounts, from the requirements.

contractor so she will just move on.

If you only ever reported scummy behavior when it’s novel though very little would ever get reported.
