I’m in the camp that says: let the designers create the game in the image of their choosing. Criticism is fine but I am sooo done with the internet (especially Gamers) demanding how their Art-Entertainment be served to them.

part of the problem is the reduction to 5 v 5 means a bad player drags the whole team down further than before. less defense due to only having one tank means more damage coming at the dps so healers have to be more focused on healing than before. this goes against what moira has always done. being a very strong DPS…

Every single part of playing feels like the early days of Overwatch 1. The influx of new players not understanding the game is aggravating, but obviously to be expected.

This only applies to the U.S. from what I’ve seen. Parts of Asia aren’t even requiring a phone number at all (yet).

It’s different almost in the way that OW1 last month was a different game than OW1 at launch. It still feels like Overwatch. If anything, I’d say the changes feel underwhelming, but I think they’re for the better in the long term.
