Wtf Chicago
2 years ago: Lebron’s first year back, there’s all sorts of chemistry issues, the Hawks win 60 games and get the 1 seed. Kevin Love gets hurt for the rest of the season—->They make the finals and push the Warriors to 6 w/o Love or Kyrie
This is completely unfair. Deron, Jefferson, Korver, and Frye are an incredible unit together and I have the NBA 2K9 disc to prove it.
Not to be a block truther here, but does 111 count the ones that didn’t break?
I think the real feat is that he reached the age of 16 surrounded by people who are so callously indifferent to his well-being.
We’ve been talking about this the past few days. My wife likes the graphic pattern on the shorts. I like that’s she objectively wrong about something for fucking once.
I think actual think tankers have never had less to do with conservative politics than they do right now. Really the only two places for them to go with this are
“You know, the last time someone ordered me to something, I was 18 years old. And it was my daddy. And I didn’t listen to him, either.”
The only losers here are the taxpayers of Las Vegas.
For LeBron loved sports so much that he gave his one and only tweet, so that everyone who believes in basketball will not perish but have eternal NBA playoffs.
Seems like student-athletes usually have legal assistance when they need it, and not from Legal Services
We really need different-looking words for ‘resign’ as ‘sign again’ and ‘resign’ as ‘step down.’ Otherwise it’s damn near impossible to write about scenarios in which Doc resigns and Blake and Chris don’t resign but maybe Chris resigns and Doc doesn’t resign but neither does Blake....
Nobody will ever beat Clippers at the end of game 6 against the Rockets for sheer incompetence. When you let Josh Smith and Corey Brewer erase a 19 point deficit in what should have been a clinching game where James Harden was already sitting...
It’s worse if you watched the game. I’m pretty sure that photo you have is of an end of game possession with under a minute to go. Rivers is late on that close-out, and is not affecting it. Hield should have a great look there. It’s about a 20-foot corner jumper.
The world was built by intense weirdos. We stand on the shoulders of weird giants.
I don’t like liking Jim Harbaugh. This is such a weird feeling.
Yes, I understand the rules. My point is that there was no point in making any effort to inbound without turning it over. Effort creates the small risk of an offensive foul. Just dump the ball inbounds and if nobody on Kentucky touches it then just walk up to the ball and touch it. Make no effort.
how amazing would it have been if they rolled the ball inbounds and UNC ran away from it to avoid an incidental foul and UK ran away from it hoping it would go out of bounds, and millions of people just watched with bated breath as a ball slowly rolled 90 feet in anticipation of whether or not someone would…
The whole end of the game was silly.
“Well, Kentucky can only win on a tip. At the other end of the court.”
::Kentucky throws the ball out of bounds::
“Well, Kentucky can only win if there’s an offensive foul”
At that point I don’t know why North Carolina even bothered trying to throw it to one of their own players. …
For those confused by the relevancy, it had to do with the sentence “It was a finish that only a Kentucky-North Carolina game could deliver.” Not to mention the Northern Iowa game winning 60-foot shot against my accursed Longhorns last year, or probably 4-5 other games in the NCAA tournament this year alone.
