Go watch Jerry Miculek shoot on youtube. He can run a revolver faster than the cyclic rate of some true assault rifles. you can’t do it by rounds per minute, there are lots of guys that can approach full auto rates simply with practice.
That is what the current law is. This gets around that by moving the rifle, not your finger.
