I have no idea if the paint actually works this way or it’s a marketing gimmick but in nature most blues are produced by molecular structures that work to absorb, scatter and redirect the other frequencies rather than absorbing and reflecting photons of different frequencies by changing energy levels.

Rich enough to buy a new Tundra, cheap enough to only get one car seat.

Truth.

My client is a young man in high school with college aspirations.

Yeah, this isn’t my scene, but anyone shitting on it just doesn’t like fun.

People having fun with cars in a way that isn’t unsafe is good actually.

Now playing

As with a lot of car culture, I like it but don’t want to participate in it. The amount of engineering and fabricating skill involved is impressive, and some of the builds are just sick. Like Finnegan’s...

What if the Haas is a difficult-to-drive piece of shit?

Not just fuck slideshows, but a slideshow meant to latch on to the clickbait that is reacting to the Mario casting news.

agreed, slideshows are just an opportunity to load as many ads as possible per viewer.

Fuck your slideshows

This was my thought too. Apparently the rep wasn’t against removing the speed bump, he just kept spending the funds on other stuff (feel free to guess what). If I was told “sure, we’ll do it when we get the funds” I’d probably say “screw it, I’ll save them the trouble” too.

Mr. Hodge, can you let us know what happens with the court case, as a follow up article please?

I mostly agree with you, but two counterpoints. Navigation is WONDERFUL when you are out of cell service, especially in remote parts of the desert. The only piece that I think is missing that I wish CarPlay could do is the handling of HVAC and other basic vehicle controls. If it could do that I would be golden.

Worth noting that the AP1 had different ratios than the AP2 S2000 as well. The AP2 had slightly closer gearing through the first few gears, which is why the AP2 technically has a ~1.0s longer 0-60 time. 2nd tops out for them at around 59mph and they need to shift again.

“My 2006 TSX has the close ratio gearset shared with the S2000"

$31k for a 15 year old BMW is crazy regardless of the mileage. No dice.

That’s less than 3.5 amps, my Tacoma has that same outlet, it’ll run a mattress inflator, and that’s about it.

Oh it’s ugly as hell but the frontal area is necessary for cooling performance when you’re subjecting the truck to the SAE J2807 Highway Gradeability tests with the kind of loads that they’re now rated for.

Sure, it may be the most likely to get to a million miles, but how many owners own one beyond 50k miles, let alone 100k or 200k where the reliability difference probably just starts to show.”
