No, the frame recall covered the hardware. Shady dealers may have tried to sell bolts like that, but most dealers would try to sell repairs that make sense while the entire vehicle is disassembled. Things like brake pads while the front axle is apart, etc.

But the Tacoma frame recall wasn’t performed on brand new vehicles.
