Yeah. Cops should only be allowed to draw their guns if the suspect has first drawn his gun and shot at least 3 cops. Otherwise, the guns should stay holstered. It is absolutely ridiculous that they used caution as they approached a person that was reported to be armed and looking to kill cops.
