I posted about this as well. Anyone who eschews The Simpsons theme song is just plain wrong.

No Simpsons? I get that it isn't live action, but it's sure as hell a comedy and its theme destroys every other one on here.

The Swan was the nadir.

The canonization of Lennon makes no sense to me. While he and the other Beatles created perfection together, he was just adequate as a solo artist and was a rather cruel man.

We kept a cat alive who was vomiting, wheezing and arthritic to age 18. When we finally put her down (she could barely breathe), we deeply regretted not euthanizing her earlier.

Your healthcare is free? Do you have money raining down from the sky?

As a half Canadian who has spent much time there, I have experienced their health care. Under no circumstances do I want it for me or my family, as we have fabulous health insurance. However, I sure as hell would like to see it here for the public in general, because so many people here do without, which is evil.

Listerine works on dandruff. The old fashioned amber kind is the only one that will work. How to's are all over the internet. But I strongly suspect she has seborrhea, eczema or psoriasis.

Escalating messages after you have clearly been ignoring him is intrusive and rude. You need to unfriend him.

I can identify. I can't stop gazing rapturously at Tara.

That's it!

The dress looks like those ghastly, tacky bride dresses you see on Say Yes to the Dress.

Miracle Whip? No need to be insulting. And what's s twiglet?

Where do you live? What noble land of the slim and fit do you inhabit?

Yes. It's better at being salty and weird than Nutella is at being sweet and tasty. In short, I'd rather eat marmite.

Nutella disgusts me. The thought of it on bread makes me want to throw up. It is truly vile.

I hope age blinds me before this trend fully reignites. Thank you for your support.

Oh, the innocence of youth! As a person who is at the very tail end of the Boomers, I remember this horrifying "style" all too well. You don't understand what you are wishing for. Very, very physically ugly men will adopt this style with alacrity.

Slips really DO make dresses lay better on your body. I still wear half slips. I taught my daughter about them, but she is a resister.

You are correct. There was far more acceptance back then about body hair, breast size, thigh size, variations in height in men—people accepted that there was no one way to look. People are far more controlled about what is "acceptable" dress nowadays.
