My boyfriend got into this show with me, and now he really likes it. But I don't know too many other dudes who watch it.

I see it that way. That, or they're good friends and he's always wanted more.

I didn't know that. I always forget that people (especially people who care about pop culture) are still religious nowadays. It's not fair of me to think that way, but I just don't come across it too often in everyday life.

Same. I kind of think he loves her but is resigned to the fact that she's too good for him and that he would only cause her trouble. Sigh.

He totally does. It's kind of nice, too, because he's this sleazy dude who seems not at all like a creep around her. It's weird, but it works.

Yup. I see it as two people who want to LOOK good together.

Same. I just rewatched their episode from last season where they walk around SF, and there was WAY more chemistry for me there. I can't stand Kevin and Patrick together.

Same here. I am off to rewatch that episode RIGHT NOW.

It was so overplayed at the time that I still hate it.

I love Elliott Smith, but his music makes me feel profoundly devastated. Maybe because I got into him in eighth/ninth grade, and that is such an angsty time. Also, the music itself is pretty devastating. And I always feel sad that he's gone.

I have a big Spotify playlist that I'll put on shuffle. It's the "starred" playlist, from back when starring was still a feature. (You can still add to it, but it's not as easy now as clicking the star icon.) Sometimes I'll check out their "discover" setting, and I've found some stuff I like through that. I have a

Yeah, seriously. Maybe she brought it up a few times when they were teens, but that's so old now. Why would that ever come up? I think he should go see a therapist.

True. Basically, I wish people would stop trying to act like spilling the truth is a selfless act they're doing for their partner's benefit. If you feel so bad that you have to tell, tell, but realize you're being selfish (just as you were when you strayed).

I have learned the hard way that it's best to just never establish these sorts of figures. I don't want to know exactly how many people any partner of mine has banged, aside from maybe a ballpark figure if you can stomach it. I know I've (slightly) fudged numbers a bit, and wouldn't be surprised if others I've dated

It is. And I greatly benefited in addition from EMDR.

He was in Young Adult? I liked that movie, but I don't remember him being in that.

Domino's is not good. But I think Papa John's is decent. (I don't buy it anymore because the owner is a dickbag and there is plenty of better pizza here in Austin, but it's not bad.)

I feel like Kim Gordon is the PERFECT example of aging gracefully. She continues to feel more relevant to me because she doesn't TRY to hide her age. She seems like a grownup who is still artistically relevant, whereas I see Madonna and I think, "Jeez. Again?"

OK, I like (no, love) "Zodiac." But the rest of his stuff is weak/overrated, to me. Especially "Gone Girl."
