I'm not fucking advocating for obesity, obesity is not a death sentence, an obese person can get gastric bypass/ change their life if they choose to and i am A okay with that and very happy for them.
Not to mention, it has been shown time and time again in many studies that obese people respond much better to positive reinforcement- not negative shit and fat-shaming, it does not help. If people are truly, truly worried about obesity and health, they would be helping, not hurting people who are obese.
