BeyondPod for Android does a nice job of speeding up podcasts. You can use the presets speeds or configure your own. Unless it’s a music related podcast I listen to everything at 1.4x. It only takes a day or 2 to adjust and except for intro/outro themes you are no longer aware that there is any change in speed.
