@baldbeaver: If you want your iPhone battery to last the entire day, you need to turn the Farmville push notifications off. :)

@Tirko™: I haven't had any reception problems (no more than I have with the case off), but as epic as the case was supposed to be, my biggest concern was the feel of the case. I feel the phone is quite secure and will be in mint condition when I'm eventually done using it.

I bought the Element Case Vapor and it kept my iPhone 4 safe when I dropped it, but the case took a hunk of hardwood floor from my kitchen.

Nice article. I was waiting for the smash on Apple or Microsoft, but it never happened.

It's easy to support video chat the phone network when nobody uses it. Be curious to see if they are using some off shoot of Qik or facetime.

@mtfmuffins: I disagree. There are a lot of MS Office knockoffs already available for the iPad and iPhone. I don't think Apple would have a problem approving it. In fact, I think it would help sell iOS devices.

@Banana.Stickers: Think it needs to be some sort of .mp4 or .mov format. Rule of thumb, if it plays on iTunes, it will play on AppleTV.

I purchased a Lifestyle 48 about 6 years ago. Regardless of the beef people have with Bose, it sounds really nice in my home theater. The balance is great. The "highs and lows" are fine (replying to the no highs no lows comment below).

@Porkbun & BacteriaEP: But you are ready to compare the rest of the specs... not 100% confirmed. It must be nice to pick and choose the things we want to compare.

Apple is the least expensive of the 4 (3 until we get a price from RIMM)? That is hilarious. Where is that Apple Tax again?

@Ron Goodrich: I wondered the same thing. Those folder icons are awful. Be nice to have a game icon and utility icon or something.

@versatilias: I guess I'm referring to the weather app in this case. There is no loading time, at least not on my iPhone. I push the button and it shows up. I switch cities by swiping right or left. No travel time involved.

@versatilias: I'm 34, but I don't think it's an age thing. I just don't need to be blasted off into the weather. I just want to quickly look. If it were based on age, I would think that a younger and typically less patient would be frustrated with this.

@Lyokowarirtitan: Probably not the reason, but I like how you think.

@kunjalr001: I couldn't agree more. When it comes to UI design, there is such a thing as too much. If Microsoft/HTC keeps 'pushing the envelope' we're going to revert back to animated gifs of hamsters dancing all over the place.

@monkeyesq: Carriers love to make their customers feel like they are in control. Use words/phrases like "FREE & clear" , "open", "choice", but the reality is, they would like to lock you into their phone service for eternity. If they really wanted things to be open, the carriers would all hold hands to unite and split

I can't believe people didn't expect this. Android is going to lose app developers because the market is going to start fragmenting like this for all carriers. It's just a matter of time before AT&T and Sprint start their own "private" store.

@nuclearbalm: I have Hulu Plus, but I had to purchase the Playstation Plus service and wait on a waiting list.

@Celtic1888: Does slingmedia even support Slingcather anymore? I was just looking on their website to see if they had a better solution for streaming HD.
