Hell, I summoned help on about 90% of DS3 bosses and am happy with my decision.  Thank you and those like you for being there.

I think “Git gud” at one time did have a useful meaning; people would ask “I keep trying to beat such-and-such boss and I get flattened every time.  What’s the trick?”  “Git gud” means “there is no trick; you have to learn the fight and then execute a plan.”  Unfortunately it’s just become a nasty thing to say.

Both shows are created by the same person, John Rogers, so 100% yes.

Coincidentally (unless you knew this), Jovavich’s daughter is Young Nat in the first few minutes.

It’s a sealed copy of SM64 as far as we can tell.

Hell, the Best Supporting Actor/Actress award history is littered with people it didn’t help.

Every time I try to visualize Sam Worthington I come up with Jeremy Renner and think “no, that’s not right...”

The best cure for this kind of regret is to realize that, if the stock is at 72, and you bought it at 15 (ignoring the split math), you probably would have sold it at 30 anyway.

I’ve seen the Donner Superman II, and IIRC it’s kind of weird because it includes stuff that makes it not make sense as a direct sequel to the first film -- I think there’s actually duplication from it, but don’t hold me to that.  Of course if he’d been able to finish the film himself it would have different stuff in

Breaking my “don’t post just to correct” rule:

100% agree, and let me add that the jump from “I don’t understand how this site makes decisions” to “Obviously they’re operating at a scandalous level of corruption” really bothers me.

TIL there is a such a thing as “PS4 folders”.

Will you pay at least $400 to avoid that nonsense on a $500 PS5? Because that’s how it seems to be going.

You know in thrillers, when the “idiot” cops are saying “usually kids like this just ran off on their own accord”? This is why.

It’s NAHT a TEEDLYWINK

Camryn Manheim, best known (I guess) for The Practice, wrote an entire book about being fat. A story she told was that David E. Kelley though that her character should have a jar of candy on her desk. Manheim answered: “No fat person has a jar of candy on their desk, because we don’t want to be seen eating, and
