Which is a better law, because sometimes a slow vehicle needs to pass an even slower vehicle. Which should be fine as long as they get back over once they pass.

Speed really shouldn’t be important. It’s a passing lane. If you’re not passing you shouldn’t be in it. I can live with someone going under the speed limit in the left lane if they are actively passing even slower traffic...if they move over after making the pass.

Keeping right unless passing is actually the law in a few states. It is rarely enforced. That’s the real issue.

Imagine how terrible of a driver you have to be to 1) react to a biker kicking your car at highway speeds, 2) try to engage a retaliatory attempt to take the biker out, and 3) to then lose control of the vehicle over something that was so inconsequential and not worth reacting to.

Hum, i’m taking guess, so here is what i thought it happened:
Seems to me that the truck working the blade is using a detached support trailer, which is basically a set of wheels placed somewhere near the end of the blade. in the last picture you can see some of it on the floor, behind 2 of the service men.
