Jesus! If you want an economical car get an Insight! Way more aero, lighter and simpler.

I totally agree. The bodywork has a feel to it. I was passing by this one at the Montreal car show and it kind of stopped me.

I love how the car he has parked next to the P4-5 is a GT 2000.

I loathe Ferrari, but even I admit the 458 sounds awesome. one of the best anywhere.

no it doesn't. I was there. the EB110 was always the ugliest duckling. But damn, watching those throttle linkages, that was hot

Great story man; well i think it's now officially on the bucket list.

poor guy looks like he's got a dildo strapped to his seatpost

Exactly.

Then i'm not interested. mclaren is hardly interesting if they don't stick with at least that.

to make my point clear. Adding down force makes acceleration harder.

physics are a bit more complicated than that. The car is far from .34 at max downforce. That coefficient is going to come from the wing in a lowered position.

SR20 rule has been followed, from mars, see, it's not so difficult people.

and that weapon sits near your end...

It's giving me the look a dead fish gives me when it's washed up on shore. Greyed-out, hollowed eye sockets and a dent in the side of the head

three trips? returning each time? Shit i thought it was one asteroid and back. That's pretty amazing!

I'm pretty sure the U shape is an artifact of the light blowing through.

it occurs to me that there should be a split between front and front-mid, say 3-5 points for a mid. But then the Toronado and WRX have the block somewhere in front of the axle too. Maybe we just subtract 5 points if the engine sits right on top of the front axle.

i think it's trying too hard. We expect certain things of a lambo, especially since they started rolling the countach into showrooms and bedroom walls. we expect certain things from a ferrari design. But we don't know what to expect from a McLaren road car* so they had to come up with something here and i think they

I don't think you can objectively support the idea that mclaren has always been chasing ferrari in f1. If anything they've been chasing the leading team or been the leading team since they started in f1. Bruce Mclaren built cars for Formula 5000 and Can Am where ferrari wasn't a contender; and the Mclaren F1 chased
