Ultimately, it’s a workable pickup for $7k.  Not as workable than something with a long bed, but still more than what 90% of its buyers will use.  Assuming its owner maintained it, mileage isn’t an issue.  Easy NP.

The few times I’ve owned cars with more than 200 hp I’ve realized that the added power simply doesn’t get used. With cars getting heavier, speed limits are going down everywhere, and there’s nowhere where the extra omph is needed. Heavier vehicles probably need more, but not a lot more. Overall, there’s WAY too

Suppose it’s great for the normal Dodge buyers… they have a new inspiration for their next trip to pep boys.

It won’t.

Excuses…excuses.

Stop having unrealistic goals that only preserve excuses for lack of change.

Knowing this car, I’m assuming the low 34k miles isn’t due to extra care, but due to repairs.  I couldn’t imagine dropping $8k on a car I know is going to be a PITA to keep on the road. ND.

Doesn’t matter if you disagree, or what your choice of car is (Crown? Really? Ew)... It’s still a branding win for BMW (which...frankly, they need all the help they can get these days).

They absolutely would have if not for all the tariffs.

You don’t need 500 mile capacity.

I have! Really surprised to see multiples up here in Canada - last year they set up an encampment at our local mall. Must have worked fairly well... though I still want to ask the owners “Why??”. (Just like the two Fiskar Ocean drivers in town)

This is quite a bit under priced.  $4k is an easy NP.  There have been a weird number of Viggen videos come up on YT lately, and all of them talking about it being a future classic.  More so for the coupe than convertible, but this is still an exceedingly cool car.  I’d buy if it was closer without hesitation.

This would be pretty satisfying if you’re a brand guy/gal at BMW.

Even if the review was completely fabricated (and I believe it wasn’t), a conclusion of “need more range” and “need faster charging” is still a relevant outcome regardless of whether it’s track use or road use.

Wheels are pretty much the first thing I do with every car I buy too.  Partly to get that bit of personalization in place, but also partly to get tires that I know are good on the car.

They were almost never a great idea. As is the case with all rewards programs, the airline gets all the value, and will continually adjust to ensure it stays that way.

USDOT controls rewards programs no more than they control the food you get served in the air.

Based on what I’m seeing, you could buy and import for less than this.  Not sure how much less, but less.  I suspect the seller is looking at the 2002 market and pricing this similarly. With that, would I want an old BMW that I’d have to constantly explain what it is?  I’m not so sure.  It is kinda neat, but I do

Imagine how negligent that driver would have to be to not realize a fully loaded gravel truck and a really freaking old wooden bridge shouldn’t cross paths.

Heh.  I doubt it covers the estimate to determine what the repair costs are.
