Certainly wasn’t expecting this.
Certainly wasn’t expecting this.
Lots of people want to have sex with our PM these days.
In fairness, I didn’t specify the city. So the author went with it.
I don’t get why this is needed. I’d think the employee contract for a Space-X (or other) astronaut would have a really big warning that says “YOU MIGHT DIE IN A HORRIFIC AND PUBLIC EXPLOSION, OR VERY QUIETLY AND ALONE IN SPACE.”
Maybe seller got it running? The price is up, and it’s no longer a “bring a trailer” listing. I’m curious about what the ailment was….and knowing 80’s-90’s Chryslers, how quickly the problem is going to return.
The car only weighs 2700 lbs. 150hp wasn’t bad for the common people of the 90’s.
If you don’t change out the toilet seats...
Fear sure is profitable isn’t it?
Funnily enough, I almost added a second VW commercial:
This sales smells bad. Very bad. All the NP’s.
The town I live in up here in Ontario is very crunchy granola, and generally full of hippies. You’d think, “oh! Must be Subaru then!” I don’t think it is though. Urban Ontario has always been the home of small cars. So the Civic has always sold well throughout Ontario. As has the Corolla. Rural Ontario (and all…
Yeah... the one thing I’ll give it though: the rear 3/4 view is pretty nice. Somehow ended up behind a Sky on my way home today and realized that it is nicely proportioned. Faint praise I suppose.
I’ll put it right out there: these aren’t as good as a Miata. Everything is just a little worse. The interior is my least favourite part of the car (and I’ve shared the story of cutting my finger open on the cheap plastic in one). It’s very clearly a short road trip car with an open sky from all the compromises made.
I’ve flown a small plane - Cessna. Got to take off from a small air strip and fly for an hour or so. It’ll be a highlight that’ll make me smile until I can’t anymore. Naturally, I was accompanied by a friend, who is a flight instructor, and very smart. He took over when it was time to land because he “didn’t want to…
If you’re under 65 and have a paper boarding pass, I’m just going to assume you are going to cause delays during my airport experience
This commercial still comes to mind today. At the time, I really wanted a Jetta, but as a recent Uni grad, had no money. This commercial didn’t help, because it was so cool.
It kinda has to be NP. If you want a really nice ‘73 Toyota Corona wagon, this is probably the only one on the market. Pair that with collector car pricing - no chance this is bought to drive frequently - and it’s likely priced right where it should be. Either this, or double the price on a Camaro RS/SS and be one of…
I could buy a brand spanking new R here in Canada for $48k. The exchange on this $36k USD car is uhh… $48k. And the new one has a warranty (really needed because VW), and hasn’t been fucked with. So yeah… really easy ND here.
Yikes. I only needed to buy one to realize it was a steaming cow pie and hit never again state.
