It's too bad that Jessica Lange is playing the so-called lesser actress because she is besting Susan Sarandon all over the place. I've yet to see SS really portray Bette Davis. She never picked up her vocal mannerisms or her physical traits like her walk. JL has done her homework and is soaring in her role.

I feel like it's the kind of finale that ends the series on its own terms but not in a way that will keep the series alive in the zeitgeist. Hannah grows up. The end. Not really compelling enough to keep the conversation going.

It's New York.

The way Fitz is portrayed on the show by Tony Goldwyn and through the writers, he's never once showed the charisma and magnitude that would justify so many people having faith in him. It's the one part of the story that I just suspend my disbelief. We never see him govern. We only see him show up at Olivia's apartment

James has been on 24:Legacy all season. He's good. And an Emmy winner for Scandal.

I really want Quinn to be with Charlie. They really get each other in ways that Huck and Quinn do not.

It was unhappiness at a much lower volume.

And Henry Ian Cusick.

It's still great. So much better than Word.

So Shosh is getting married but what else is going on in her life? Caroline comes back to her role as mother but what else? I'm a little bummed that these girls are falling into roles that are defined outside of themselves. But I guess that's life.

Andrew Rannells actually got the part in the real musical that's based on.

Oh, I thought she said Lindsay (her tutor).

Where's the dog?!

She invited them there because she had to inform them about the DA's investigation even though she didn't know what it was about yet.

I think so too because they've already shown us they're willing to kill a pregnant woman and her unborn child to save themselves.

Don't forget Taraji. Carter still looms large over the story.

Cookie is a great role but that show's writing is terrible. That's why she can't bring all the nuance and depth to her character. She's too busy with the whole who-will-be-CEO-of-the-company plotline EVERY FUCKING WEEK. I highly doubt that's what she signed up for.

I really wanted Shaw to shoot him in the head even as he was already expired just for the satisfaction.

That ep aired on November 19th.

I need a few clarifications please. Why did they move The Machine in the subway? Where did they stop? Is someone going to find it? Is it part of the reconstitution?
