I’m having difficulty understanding Margaret Cho’s perspective here. It sounds like Tilda was up front about the issues, expressed her desire to do something about it and sought advice from someone who is in a good position to provide it. And Cho’s responses were thoughtful and measured as well. Not sure what got lost…
The telling part is that Russia hacked both the RNC and the DNC. They only released the DNC information, which means they are blackmailing the Republicans to get their way. And as we all know Republican priorities are 1) themselves, 2) the party, and 3) the nation.
It’s been interesting watching Twitter after the press conference. All the reporters are talking about the Russia Hacks or the fainting episode or anything but the two solid minutes where Obama lambasted them for running with the hacked email narrative for 6 months then wondering why it was such a big deal.
Yeah the only times I’ve reclined is on international flights. And only after (or before) meal service. Because those are special assholes who recline during meal service.
If someone in front of me fully reclines, my knees have nowhere to go and there is no room to sit my laptop on my tray table, so I deem it to be inconsiderate. Out of kindness to others, I only recline fully if on a long haul flight, aka not a Southwest route.
