It’s highly likely her best option was at least 3-4 hours away and required a 2-3 day waiting period, was out-of-reach expensive, she may or may not have had transportation and I’d bet the farm couldn’t afford to take that much time off work to just sit around to satisfy some stupid TRAP law.
