Charlottesville Virginia?
Not bad. Not bad.

It won't ruin Gamefly.
However I think Microsoft is really shooting themselves in the foot. Gamefly will show their dissatisfaction by simply not putting up any Xbox One games. Watch as Microsoft sees how much this hurts them in the long run.

Yes.
It's an average essay, and even more average video. She tries. She really does. I'm glad that she went through with her Kickstarter. However she is going to need some sort of peer review team. Perhaps in the beginning it was low of her to block all comments that didn't agree with her opinion. Now however, no one

No problem.
Like you stated earlier her works are basically beginner college research, and quite frankly I think she found herself thrust on a huge soapbox of a scale she never imagined. As Jim once said she went from being an academic to her own little circle to being some sort of face for woman in videogames due to

You sir or ma'am have managed to create the most helpful, and non inflammatory thread about the issues with Anita Sarkeesian and her videos without resorting to calling her names, degrading her person, nor utilizing all CAPS to get your point across.
Not only that, but most of the replies to your post has followed suit

As someone who sees she has some valid points in her videos, I will say that they are just...I don't know, average. I'm not talking about her YoutTube videos. I'm just solely talking about her Kickstarter videos.

I treat this as a baby's first step video. Something that people who aren't aware of the situation at all

I'd rather have it as a print to be honest.

Aside from the Kotaku combo pack, everything is sold out or not worth buying.
Also, no woman shirts, but that's a minor inconvenience.

Exactly. And they will continue to "fail" for as long as they think they can reach COD levels of sales. Accept the fact that your game will not appease to the lowest common denominator and suddenly you won't be "failing" you'll realize that you've been successful all along.

I'm not really talking about it's reception, and more along the lines of the dissatisfaction big game developers have when their games sell millions, and they claim it isn't good enough. I don't care for Tomb Raider either, but a lot of people liked the game, or at least gave it a passing review score.
It did well.

A lot of people are excited for the Windwaker remake, and Nintendo isn't going to announce something that isn't ready to be announced, or isn't at the stage where they have a good demo to show. If that were the case, then they would've held out on the Pokemon X and Y announcement for E3, which based on the reception

Nintendo Direct works the same way. Usually websites like Kotaku tell you in advance when they are going to happen. Of course I am an existing Nintendo fan, I feel the Directs are more personal. As opposed to E3 where they have to gamble between impressing stock holders and impressing the fans.
The thing is, is that

Jim was talking about the whole Tomb Raider and Sleeping Dog "failures" they weren't failures by a long shot. How many people bought Tomb Raider? 4 million? 5 million?
That's a lot of fucking units sold. They, however were not satisfied with that number. They wanted COD level units sold. As much as I hate COD, hardly

Windows 8 would've gone off a lot better if they emphasized the fact first hand that you can switch between Fisher Price mode and Desktop mode. However I tend to see their computer and their videogame department as separate entities under the same title handle.
In my opinion they handle market computers well. On the

They removed it for much later hardware. However for each new system they at least have the decency to make it BC for the last generation with no requesting on our part.
I see the DSi as an exception over the sheer fact that they made like 3 re models of the same system.

The first shocker is Call of Duty trying to be emotional in the first place.
We all know that dog is going to get capped.

With used games, unless you loan your friend(s) your account number they will have to essentially pay full price for the game. Along with the fact that you can trade games online, I don't know how Gamestop is going to fit in the picture. However we shall see.

Nintendo did backwards compatibility for as long as they made handhelds and they still do it today on no provocation on our part. A lot of people seem to forget that.
It's a much loved feature, and the fact that Sony and Microsoft make such a big deal about not doing it is sad honestly.

Can we please input the disaster watch sticker? I don't think I've seen this bad PR management since Crystal Dynamics trying to explain the development of Lara.

That "fee" providing your friend lets you log into his/her LIVE account, is simply the original price of the game.
