The people involved with The Sopranos seem like they speak fondly of each other and the experience for the most part. I’ve heard multiple stories of James Gandolfini going to bat for the other actors in the show as far as pay, showing appreciation, and being ok on set. It seems like the times the production people did

Yeah, I actually went back today to look at the credits and realized they were the directors! I still haven’t sat down and watched Cast A Deadly Spell (with the always wonderful Fred Ward), but Witch Hunt is a cool movie if you can get a copy of it.

Hate to hear this. I hope it gives his family a bit of closure and that he didn’t suffer.

This was the first article I really wanted to read in a while, but the site keeps reloading on my phone every 10-15 seconds. I had to write this in my note app and paste it here. The great features from the Chicago days are long gone, the current articles are typically clickbait and tabloid quality, I can glance at

So Ratner, then? Could have been any number of shitheads, but Ratner, right?

He’s gives a wonderful comedic performance in Death Becomes Her, which is a movie I feel like people don’t talk about as much as they should.

Ah, thanks!

Hate to hear that. Laverne and Shirley was a wonderful show.

I grew up watching the original trilogy, and I thought The Last Jedi was fantastic. The concept of the hero’s moral compass swinging so far away from evil that he was making a different kind of wrong choice was such a great choice. I also really appreciated the negation of the “chosen one” as a trope. I did wish

Unless you don’t give a shit, would rather do something else at this point, and think it’s a good time to scratch the “burning a bridge” itch.

Bob Odenkirk and Bruce Campbell starring in the movie Eddie Murphy and Steve Martin were making at the end of Bowfinger would be good.

I assume the succession plan put in place at Mr. Show would have been activated, casting in the role the person who looks least like Bob Odenkirk than anyone else: Bill Odenkirk.

At least we can all be happy Drop Dead Gorgeous was mentioned.

I thought, if the goal was to be as respectful as possible, the author did a good job. It’s tucked it in there as part of a compliment sandwich after several paragraphs that noted her accomplishments. It read to me like they didn’t want to draw too much attention to her support of a broken vacuum cleaner once owned

I mean…supporting Trump is a stain that ain’t coming off when everybody sums up your life after it’s over.

“I went full-Festrunk! It was awesome. By the way, these green beans are rockin’, Mom’s Skeleton.”

Kirstie Alley felt like her political views were worth mentioning to the public in life. She was proud enough of them to broadcast them a lot. They were really the only things that gave her any kind of fake in her later years. And her political views were batshit.
