I love GOGs business model (DRM sucks for honest consumers) and it’s very cool of them to offer this but I feel it might make their games even easier to abuse. They’re already wide open to piracy and the lack of a dedicated launcher means people will use this to get outright free games. It’s not like you can return

So I definitely like this new intro, the echoes of One Winged Angel and Aerith running likes she’s scared of something, foreshadowing Sephiroth/Jenova’s more overt presence in the opening chapter, is a nice touch BUT...it feels like they’ve overdone theepicness” a little too much. There’s a few things, but Clouds

Heart of gold this one...

This is good. It’s cool and atmospheric initially but got really old on round trips up and down the highway.

The combat reminds me a lot of Guacamelee (apart from the guns!) which is no bad thing.

I always loved these games. They are so charmingly janky and seemly always seem a generation behind whatever hardware they’re on.

I wonder how this will build on the foundation of the original. Senua’s struggle with her mental illness was expressed through the puzzle aspect of the gameplay but I don’t feel like more of this would be appropriate in a follow up. Outside it’s amazing visuals and top notch storytelling the gameplay was relatively

Interesting to see TWAU 2. I really enjoyed the first one but since then totally burned out on the Telltale formula. I’d like to see them make some major improvements to the visuals, especially the wooden animations and move away from crappy QTEs. Hoping they develop the non-dialogue based aspects of the game in more

Well deserved. It’s such a refined, evocative and mechanically satisfying experience. It’s pretty much the only game this year that has really stuck with me after finishing it and the only one I went back to for a second playthrough. Congrats to From!

Yes, Resi 6 is a terrible RE game and the apex of the series transformation into dumb hollywood-style blockbuster garbage. Play it with a friend though, and it becomes a hilarious co-op odyssey through awful dialogue and ridiculous action set pieces. Seriously, the game is comedy gold.

Even on smartphones, one of the last rebel platforms yet to receive a Skyrim port, Blades is a terrible substitute for a real TES game. A watered down shadow of its bigger brothers with microtransactions, multiple currencies, arbitrary timers to name some of the awful mobile trappings. We’re good thanks Todd!

As long as they stick to the proposed business model it won’t matter how many games they have available at launch.

Thug 1: “Look at that nerdy guy over there. Let’s smash him and steal his money!”

The private room is a pure 4th wall break with Norman constantly acknowledging and goofing around for the camera. Same with the RIDE advert, it’s for the players benefit only and the bike kinda sounds like a monumentally explosive bowel movement. We could have a similar discussion about why Monster is still being

It’s not odd at all but certainly subjective. First time around it’s great. You’re being exposed to these amazing visuals and learning the mechanics of the game whilst getting to know who’s who in the gang. It’s slow going but RDR2 revels in its sedate pacing throughout. Second time around on PC? Well, its been almost

You aren’t actually “playing” as a suicide bomber; it’s non-interactive cutscene. The article does seem to frame it this way with “you are in a van full of terrorists” line, so I can understand the confusion. A small but important distinction so that people don’t assume this is MWs take on No Russian.

Short term is right! Took me less than 90 minutes to finish, though I didn’t find all the “cards” that represent the different actions you can find by trying different things as the article mentions. It’s an ok game and I love Amanita but this was my least favorite of theirs so far.

This makes me want a Donut County/ UGG crossover for the ultimate in Raccoon and Goose based douchebaggery

So weird to see this; I’d guess it’s been around 8 years since I last watched Athene videos. Back when he was “the best Paladin in the world” making funny videos with “my boyfriend Furious”. I actually enjoyed a lot of the skits they did back then and Athene was/is a genuinely skilled WOW player. When I saw this
