So good that its footage was used for a MacGyver episode.

Clearly, this dog is not using Autopilot safely; and it will be its own fault if it causes an accident. The Tesla manual clearly states that dogs need to keep one paw on the wheel at all times and be ready to take control in case of an emergency or neighborhood cat on the roadway.
How long do you think people’s arms are? This is clearly a use of Auto-pilot, at least, and not regular cruise control. I can’t see an outline of anyone in the passenger window to suggest that anyone is leaning forward to control the steering wheel.
I think that it works because it doesn’t look anymore like and EV than it does an ICE vehicle. If I hadn’t been let in on it being electric, I would open that hood fully expecting a turbo 4 under there.
Time at least acknowledges that the people chosen don’t necessarily have good influences on society as much as just a substantial influence. Musk definitely fits the bill for both his push for EV and space travel tech as well as his union busting and stock manipulation.
I was in a conversation this past weekend where a friend of mine was talking about replacing his wife’s vehicle. I made a comment about how if you’ve stepped foot on a dealership within the past year and left your contact info that you were getting calls about if you were still interested in trading in your car.…
The problem doesn’t seem to be about him not being honest about charging a fee but how he charges it.
Most likely Washington County, Utah.
People... are not smart.
I’d say that HBO is kind of an asshole for not being upfront. At the end of the day, anyone who wouldn’t buy a Peloton based on the episode is really just using it as an excuse to not buy something that they didn’t want in the first place. The stock drop is most likely a market correction as COVID fears and…
Apple doesn’t need HBO to sell Apple products. They’re a powerhouse that can push their weight around. Peloton is happy to get free advertising where they can and probably didn’t think that HBO was keeping important info like someone dying while using their product on the show was going to happen.
The article indicates that Peloton claims that HBO wasn’t forthcoming with the fact that a main character was supposed to die while using their bike in an act that was most likely designed to prevent a Peloton employee from blabbing.
You can admire how Henry Ford revolutionized the automobile industry while also acknowledging his union busting and war profiteering.
Depends. About 8 years ago a tornado swept through my area. A co-worker was able to make it to the bathroom and hunker down in the tub with a mattress on top. Her entire home was destroyed, but she was safe in the tub with debris on top of her. She was able to use her cell phone to call her son to come over and help…
I think people undervalue how much our favorite TV shows and films affect our buying habits. E.T. made Reese’s Pieces the candy to eat for at least a year. Everyone today wishes they own a DeLorean because of Back to the Future without realizing that although it looked sci-fi cool, it was a shit performing car.
Man, I hope you asked Torch’s permission before doing an article on turn signals. It could get messy otherwise.
I think the cast did well for as much as I watched it, but this was a prime example of how much the animation is a big part of the success of anime properties. When you start copying actual episodes, you’re going to show your audience how much of the cool stuff they like that you can’t do for budgetary reasons. The…
Nope. $1-5k fine AND 5-20 in prison.
Or the stories about how the Sheriff’s wife was cheating on him, and the guy she was cheating with is found in a field dead from ‘suicide’ with no one saying a damned word about it.
I don’t know why, but that Taunus strikes me as a good candidate for an EV swap.
