This is bullshit. It was never an issue of States rights. The Lost Cause line of thinking has been thoroughly discredited by every serious American historian (potential president Newt Gringrich does not count here, fucking scary though).

It's not much of a stretch. Read about the Middle Passage some time. They were both equally morally reprehensible. I know the US has swept this under the carpet since Grants presidency, but now that civil war is 250 years old we should address this. Any confederate nostalgia is one person feeling nostalgic for a time…
Victorian era was not an era of slavery. Slavery was abolished in England and it's empire in 1833. We have about 2000 years of moral evolution since Roman and Greek times. And the Romans and Greeks treated their slaves with more dignity and humanitarian concern than did the South almost two millennia afterwards.
Folks Spanish Royalty isn't British Royalty. Juan Carlos is a great patriot and actually did things for his country other than sit and look pretty.
I didn't bother to turn it off because I kept thinking I would get used to it. But yeah, I had the same experience that you did. I swear I've shaved the ears of many a people in Uncharted. And then you can't hit any enemies that are moving right because it's so sticky to where it was before and slow to adjust. Which…
The problem with aiming wasn't some of the new tweaks with recoil or bullet trajectory being real time. It was the heightened sensitivity COMBINED with a zealous aim assist. Sensitivity could have been increased (although for a 3rd person shooter like Uncharted it shouldn't need to be) , but that fucking aim assist…
Excuse me, the *best* platforming team on the PS2.
#corrections The Gampro five great game series hyperlink actually just refers us to kotaku.com/link.
They weren't the same hallucinogenic substance. The darts were more akin to a truth syrum or existing drugs.
Talbot is a cyborg. Or a supernatural being. It's the only way it works.
The aiming REALLY bothers me for multiplayer. It is much more sticky. For fucksake the best thing to improve accuracy is a COD styled quickscope. I hate COD for that. I might go back to playing UC2 online. It had the right mix of Unreal Tournament and Uncharted..
Sand didn't do anything for me until the city was collapsing into the sand and you had some impressive movements of building fragments into this sand pit.
I love how at the end even the characters were breaking the fourth wall and mocking the Uncharted formula. I distinctly remember Drake saying "This whole place is coming down" and Sully retorting "If I had a nickel for every time you said that..." . They must have used the "this whole place is coming down" line 25…
I completely agree with the plot structure part. I adore the game, but yeah the setup for for it was EXACTLY the same as UC2. It feels like there should have been another 3 chapters, like not have Sully be kidnapped but instead flesh it out with conspiracy stuff. And the boat excursion, while my favorite part of the…
I'm not saying they couldn't have done this as DLC. They probably could have. But the Halo comparison is unfair considering both are offering simular amounts of content, unlike the Metal Gear HD collection for example
I'm buying this just for Strider. I couldn't get myself to pay full price when MvC3 first came out without Strider in it. And my decision to wait seems worth it. Now if only I can get my roommates to play mutli without being discouraged.....
You be trolling.
The first one is surprisingly difficult! Like I find it hard, old school style. I can't say I've been challenged by an action game in a very long time.
Definitely pick up the remakes. They are the best looking HD remakes around (mostly because cell shaded style is soo easy to bring up to HD standards.) They honestly look like they were natively designed for this generation.
this is why I resent the app store model..
