actually a fair amount of research shows that humans do infact detect some level of pheromones - though mainly subconsciously. Sighting sources from a mobile is a pain, but it's very googleable.

Interesting... I wouldn't be surprised if this is somehow tied to pheromones. There's alot going on with and in our bodies that we have no conscious idea of.

That... was freaking awesome. I was totally waiting for the monster to jump out and scare the crap out of me since I was staring so intently... seeing my chairs wobble all over the place and the mini blinds doing the wave... craziness!

Ok, first of all, everyone knows that the zombie virus is not airborne. Come on Morgan Freeman, you're better than that.

Despite your lack of a question mark I feel like that was a question? I fail to understand the question or your point/implication, however. Yes, I did read the article, very interesting stuff. To connect the article to my point, here's a story that talks about 4k and the mini-format wars that are already brewing so

Oh, I did wait :) I just think crap like that is ridiculous. Sometimes unavoidable, I understand, but still not beneficial for consumers and often times essentially boils down to arrogant companies trying to one up the other guy.

Quick! Some other company come up with the exact same idea, call it something else, and fight to the death to become the "standard" and screw over the rest of the general public!

The fact that they are (hopefully) not considering just doing a CG version of him makes me feel at least minimally more hopeful for this iteration of Star Wars.

Cue the GMO's-are-the-devil crowd. Like so many things in life GMO is by nature neither good nor bad; it's how it is used. Protecting profits of companies who patent GMO seeds? Bad. Creating food that will enhance and save the lives of hundreds of thousands? Good. If everyone would embrace the grey we could

"Soon yours might too" good! About time my Soviet doctor started doing something.

I'm just guessing that when it's in my back pocket and I forget and sit down... snap! Clearly it's not designed to completely fold flat (like a map, or cash, etc).

While true that caffeine can have a wide range of adverse side affects, it (in the form of coffee) has also shown a plethora of positive affects it can have when consumed in reasonable amounts over a long period of time.

Enough to fold in your back pocket... and then inevitably sit down and snap the thing in half! I think I'll stick with my Kindle for just a little while longer.

I MUST have one of these.

I was going to get an MRI as the docs were confused and couldn't diagnose it as it was. In my pre-appointment a nurse mentioned to me about something maybe I ate, and she said she had it with ranch dressing. Every day I would eat ranch dressing, either on a salad or dipping fries in it (back in my days of disposable

I had similar experiences. Long story short it was triggered by ranch dressing. If I had it one day nothing happened, but if I had it two days in a row, bam! Like clockwork.

I could be mistaken on this, but isn't Vitamin D something that's added into the milk, and this being done only in recent years? My dad grew up on a farm and is not able to produce enough Vitamin D - most people drink fortified milk so they get their D's, but being as my dad grew up on a dairy he drank the

While it is true that often times policy changes like this are spurred by high profile cases your assumption about decreased usage and mortality rates is incorrect.

Jesse! NOOOOOO!! Don't do it! This is not gonna end well for your ridiculously-out-of-your-league-girlfriend-who-genuinely-seems-to-have-a-thing-for-you!

Very true! I was admittedly glued to the screen :)
