I have no idea how the spread is only 7. The Bears got blown out in both games last year, haven't meaningfully improved at all, and they're going into this game with their entire wide receiver corps hurt.

That was the first bit that I feel like really hit its stride, and I don't think it's coincidence that it was the first thing that felt like it could've been on his own show. I didn't really like any of the standing monologue. The traditional late night format just increasingly feels anachronistic in this day and age.

The one thing that bugs me about that is they make the "your ship gets covered in a glowy white grid for a while as it gets upgraded" cutscene inexplicably unskippable

III made me want to quit the series, so I wanted till it was cheap to buy Black Flag and I'm just playing it now, and yes, it's a massive improvement. Still riddled with weird glitches, though. These games would be so much better if they didn't try and push them out once every 12 months.
