I don’t know how much begging was involved but the BBC wouldn’t say yes fast enough of Phoebe Waller-Bridge offered them more Fleabag but she seems satisfied with two seasons.

It was in there - he just used it as a springboard into a discussion on playing different types of people.

I’m fairly certain that the article has misinterpreted the whole point of this clip and that this *is* the opening of the film. That’s how I remember it being promoted when it was shown before Fast & Furious 9 this summer.

He’s great in it too! But he’s playing a very dependable Rockwell type - the other three seem to either be trying more than usual (Cage - it’s one of those rare roles this side of 2000 where his tics and wild mannerisms seem to naturally work rather than stand out) or doing something new (it’s fairly low-key for Scott

I went with my six year old son who I introduced to Ghostbusters last month and he loved it, getting excited (in a sweet way, not a yelling obnoxious kid way) at seeing Ecto-1 and hearing the name Gozer, loving the Muncher chase and really enjoying the finale. And he giggled like a maniac during the mini Stay Puft

Aside from all the ones others had mentioned (I’d say Gladiator, The Martian, Prometheus and The Last Duel are all at least good, even if none match the incredibly high bar of Alien and Blade Runner), I’d like to take this chance to give Matchstick Men a shout out. It’s a fantastic film with everyone - Scott, Cage and

I read almost all of your comment in a Patrick Bateman voice.

That’s a fantastic clip. I’d never seen that before.

There’s a shot of someone on a glider after we see Green Goblin (about 2:11) that looks very much like Harry in Spider-Man 3 - no helmet but maybe a weird face mask on over his eyes and nose/mouth.

That was my thought when I read that line. I just skim read the rest, figured it wasn’t worth my time if that’s the lazy style and shit snark they’re going for.

She should have walked away with the Oscar that year for that scene alone.

I think in 4 (if that’s the first one released after Tokyo Drift that featured Han) there’s a knowing line he says about going to Tokyo one day.

Thanks for that - it was worth the wait! As I say, it’s a world I know little about but these glimpses have opened it up in a way that’s detailed without being dull or incomprehensible and explanatory without being patronising. No anecdote with lines like “One story arc involved someone making a wish (granted by a

I'm a little disappointed there's no big finale-esque story to round out the season but I've been impressed at your ability to come up with so many so far, so it's OK! Thanks for another season of these - as someone not at all in the LARPing world I've found them fascinating.

I like The Hobbit films more than most but I agree it leads to an odd disconnect. The Sauron plot wraps up a couple of scenes into BofFA with Saruman declaring “Leave Sauron to me”... and that’s it. I guess that’s the explanation - that it *was* left to him and he likely concealed all information other than “He’s

Calvary is incredible so I’d disagree with the flawed qualifier (well, maybe Gillen using his Game of Thrones pirate voice) but I’d back you 100% with the Gleeson praise.

Hugh Grant was my choice for Lockhart when reading the book- he’d have been perfect for that foppishly handsome charm that mum’s and pupils could fall for - and so felt midly vindicated when I read he was the first choice for the role.
