not to mention the industry as whole generally avoids using the terminology (boneless wyngz, poppers, chunks, etc.) so they also don’t have “industry standards” to lean on for this.

JFC, this is clearly a frivolous lawsuit. No one actually believes “boneless wings” are supposed to be chicken wings or wing meat. AFAIK, BWW and other chicken wing restaurants like Wingstop openly state that boneless wings are made from battered chicken breast.

I would say you shouldn’t only boil shelf stable gnocchi. If you want them a little lighter it is OK to boil them, dry them a little on paper towels, and then sauté them to brown them up a little.

I have never, ever eaten a gnocci of any quality level that I’d describe as ‘tart’. 

If there was any competent moderation here, assholes like that would be banned.
