My understanding is that Musk signed a contract to buy Twitter “as-is” before he started questioning the financials. Now it’s not a question of whether Musk will lose money but instead how much.

I assumed it was doomed when the con man who’s desperate for attention announced he was buying Twitter on a whim.

Yeah, I wish this piece gave any indication of what kind of “protection” Patton wanted. Did she want a therapist, possibly on-set, as part of her compensation package?
