Its honestly amazing... Individuals that have experienced freedom will tell you about it first chance they get, those that work for it won't say shit...

But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates -Exodus 20:10
Cleaning staff aren’t people to the kind of people who support CFA.
Got ya, Bieber was into all that right?
They absolutely should not have been considered for a Thruway rest area option without being open 7 days a week.
It turns out In and Out is also a lot more indirect of its support of discriminatory causes. Contributing to the California GOP as opposed to CFA’s support of Anti-LBGT PACs. But they had an anti-vax thing going which is a major turnoff as well.
I suspect the issues with your whataboutism is that this article is specifically about CFA in New York, and since In-N-Out does not have any locations east of the Mississippi, it’s an irrelevant point.
Additionally, In-N-Out doesn’t get a pass on their contributions to anti-LGBTQ politicians, as there have already…
Because it isn’t CFA’s Christian ownership which raises hackles. Its their financial contributions to discrimination and their No-Sundays policy.
And the stadium isn’t generally open to the public in the sense that “concessions are operating” when there’s not an event. I wonder if that CFA does brisk business when the Falcons have a Monday or Thursday home game, just because of novelty.
Seriously. Chick-Fil-A isn’t open for -NFL home games-
In Wisconsin (and probably other states), just to be on the highway signs signifying restaurants at the next exit, you have to have a minimum of certain operating hours (a Culver’s started opening half an hour earlier just to get on the sign). For an entire state to ignore operating DAYS before signing a contract…
Seriously, someone dropped the ball in vetting this one. Not only does their chicken suck, but they don’t fulfill the basic needs of being open when the rest center is.
That was my first question when seeing the “Coming Soon” signs along the Thruway — how on earth were opening hours not a part of the requirements to bid on the concession?
Putting aside the fact that the reprehensible political actions of CFA are a good part of why I won’ t eat there (the other part mainly being “I don’t think their food is good”) I know people who live in Alabama who think that the “closed on Sundays” thing is dumb, so this isn’t entirely down to regionalism.
I fly United and Southwest and honestly I’ve had more issues on Untied flights than I ever had on a Southwest flight. The most I ever had to deal with was having a person get air sick on my SW flight but other than that in seven years never had an issue.
I really like Southwest as well and I don’t understand the haters. Unless you’ve got high level status, are rich, or lucky, pretty much every carrier these days is just operating a bus that flies. At least Southwest doesn’t nickel-and-dime you for the privilege, and is relatively humane about their booking policies.
They won’t get fooled again.
“I’ll admit that all day long. But am I wrong though? ......”
This isn’t a Southwest problem. It’s more of an asshole problem.
I live in the same city as one of SW’s major hubs and I fly them a lot. Never had a bad experience.
