Hey, not literally every plot! They skipped over Sam & Gilly…

So… assuming Tony's plan is some sort of registration or at least regulation of supers….

why on Earth is Spidey on his side? Spidey's always been pretty clear about identities needing to be secret.

Well, I just spoiled a plot development for myself. I thought Jane Doe looked familiar, but couldn't quite place her, so I looked the show up on imdb. That told me that no, I was wrong, never saw that actress in anything before… and also revealed who her character will turn out to be. Oh well.

Sort of like Battlestar Galactica, huh?

You're new to this "Star Wars" thing, I take it?

LOL, nice trolling.

And how does a bug inside the monitor access the actual computer? Does it use the wi-fi? But if so, it wouldn't even need to be that close….

That would make more sense. Unfortunately it's not what they say on the show. :P

You must not have been following very many discussions then.

Yeah, that's how I read it too.

"Didn't Simmons say their calculations were wrong and the portal would only stay open for 12 seconds?"
No, she said their calculations were off by 12 seconds. Meaning the portal would be open 61 secs, not 73.

Drugging him doesn't make currently running effects wear off, I think? Neither does sleep. It's just that the drugs can keep him unconscious long enough that he can't "reup"?

Wait, Donovan died? Must have missed that.

Apart from the reasons given by other commenters, I think Jessica specifically wants to use sarcastic nicknames for them because she's kind of soured on the whole superheroing deal.

I assumed that was the joke: someone quoting a movie she hasn't actually seen. And Ash's reply showed that he got it.

I thought she wore a wig in her secret identity in the comics. Instead of the glasses. Here she just changes hairstyle slightly.

Depends on what you mean: the kidnapping seems recent, and those two disliked each other long before then. Of course, desperation about the kidnapping might amplify the dickishness even more.

Symbolically, kryptonite represents the death of Krypton, thus it's deadly to kryptonians.

On the other hand, they did answer my questions from last episode: Kara did know that her mom was a judge, and she did remember having an aunt. Just didn't seem like it last week.

It was Chekhov's sidearm… if they had shown more guns, those would have to be fired as well. ;)
