It's weird how September always feels far away. Like, it's NEXT MONTH, but unless it's September, September always feels far away. Maybe it's just me.

All of my yes please.
I hate to be that guy (well, I don't like it much...eh, it's not bad) but it really doesn't feel like Maria Hill unless her hair is short. It was alright in Avengers because it was relatively short, or at least lose to her head. This is too much for me to handle, my body is rejecting it.
I'm not sure who you're identifying me as with that 'you people' bullshit, but I know plenty thanks. All of those incarnations - every single one, bar none, without exception - honour the conceit, regardless of execution. All of them. Even when they MOCK it they aren't embarrassed by it.
You obviously didn't read Amazing Spider-Man when he unmasked. It literally ruined his life. See also: Daredevil.
If you think "common sense" belongs anywhere near this conversation the point has flown over your head faster than a speeding bullet...
I'm not making any kind of statement about anybody's claim to be a fan of the character. So no, that is not what I'm "basically saying". I'm saying that I personally find it frustrating that people such as yourself, self-described fan or not, just don't GET IT. That there are people unable or unwilling to appreciate…
THANK THE MAKER
Ugh, that Kill Bill monologue is the worst.
Reminds me of that Marilyn Monroe anecdote:
Exactly. It's like all the people who think that Superman needs to be more violent or generally edgier because of the way the world is now. That in our modern times, there's no place for heroes that are clean-cut paragons of virtue. As if he weren't created and extremely popular when the world was seeing shit like, I…
Tony Stark was already a public figure, comfortable with that, and egotistical enough to want to be EVEN MORE famous, well-regarded and popular. They're different characters.
Lois isn't the only person the disguise is for. I already commented that I don't think Lois knowing who he is presents a problem. It's the attitude towards the disguise I dislike.
I don't know how you're defining "true fan" here, it's not a term I'd use, but if you're unwilling to enjoy this ridiculous conceit - what kind of fan are you? There's an inherent joy to this character that you're missing out on. Presuming I believe DC Comics knows what the hell it's doing half the time doesn't help…
I'm sorry, but no. This is a litmus test. You failed it. The idea is part of the fabric of Superman, part of the magic, and it should be embraced. I have little to no problem with Lois knowing Clark is Superman at this stage in their relationship, it's an interesting twist and far from the worst thing about this…
HE'S NOT SUPPOSED TO LOOK JUST LIKE HIM, BEHAVE JUST LIKE HIM OR HAVE THE SAME MANNERISMS
I feel that way about a large number of films that are collectively shat upon.
If you couldn't by Franco as a brilliant scientist I bet you REALLY had problems with Pacific Rim!
Pros: production design, Estella Warren, Roth, Estella Warren, MCD, Estella Warren and production design.
The Tim Burton movie arguably set up the idea of a multiverse at the end, so...
