We all were.
We all were.
It reminds me of Google's Picasa.
I see this
How do you explain this POS comments system then?
This totally tells us more about cats than Isaac Newton.
I'll never understand how there wasn't a massive backlash over this.
I have misgivings about the choices this production made, and hated Watchmen and Sucker Punch, but...the movie looks so promising.
It's fitting that the superhero genre isn't so much of a genre as it is a SUPERGENRE. It's like the universal donor of genre fiction.
Because it's not like James MacAvoy and Idris Elba are major movie stars or anything...
Francavilla should just do his own 70s Batman-like hero. I'd much prefer that to an Elseworld's tale, and his Black Beetle thing is along those lines, only in the 50s and more pulpy than exploitationy. It's good.
Yeah, I'm inclined to believe it's a large number of people who know very litle about the character but think they know it all and dismiss him based on very little. I'm not even a huge DC guy or anything, but goddammit, it's SUPERMAN! I've only met one person who is really well-informed and can't stand him.
You think think Superman is too powerful but you like The Flash? You think his only power is super speed? Bro: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flash_%28…
I'll never understand people that don't like Superman, it's insane to me, same with people who dislike Fantastic Four, but "the least interesting member of the Justice League" is quite an audacious claim, especially considering the number of members. You find Vibe more interesting than Superman?
I' wondering how redundant that reveal will be, I have a feeling most of the audience is going to have SOME idea going in, rihgt? Especiall if Seb Stan is doing promo work.
I don't get it. You know you're shooting outside. You've had numerous costume fittings and make-up tests....why not just release an official reveal photo?
Superman: TAS was great though.
Same!
Ah, I can see that. I liked it personally, it felt authentic, and it emphasized his arc, like you said. If it were played subtly it would've felt less shocking and less compelling to me. I was entertained by the idea that he was pushed to his limit by the Klingon situation here.
The way they've bridged the teen-girl friendly/nerd friendly gap is admirable. That's not me saying there isn't an overlap there already, I'm just saying. Smallville opened the floodgates for 'teen drama with a genre twist'.
I'm sure some people would. Ironically worshipping the AI might be cool too.
