Right, why is hard for people?  It’s called a *cycle* of abuse for a reason.

Why shouldn’t someone be able to sell something they own? is it their property or not?

The author’s pissy attitude about a joke about Killers of the Flower Moon being long is dumb and self-defeating. Particularly his grouchiness that we need to devote more time to movies about the “long, painful trail of genocide that runs throughout the world.”

Oh yeah? You get in the ring with Tyson and let us know how that goes for you. If Kotaku is still around by the time you get out of your coma that is.

I would put back up the old brown NYC subway maps.

What about my line of ‘Fucking Clown Shoes’?

Sounds like something one usually pays extra for.

Shawn and Marlon Wayans in White Chicks.

So wait... you’re basing that very big opinion on a few stills and a 6 second teaser that shows literally nothing?

I will say they are good riffing fodder though, because they are so silly.  Especially the insane “It was all in your mind” fight where a vampire gets his head ripped off.

Ariel, but very very young kids watch these movies. I know when my 4-year-old watches that scene or hears the song out of context playing on Spotify,

I’ve seen so many internet posts talking about “problematic” characters that are just the villains. Like, that’s what a villain is. Someone with bad ideas you aren’t supposed to support.

The funny thing is, when a character says something bad, it’s usually a giveaway that they are an antagonist. The problem we’ve seen now arise is that the protagonists are not allowed to say something bad. Heroes can have flaws, but not those kinds of flaws, because the creators will be accused of advocating it. Which

I’m with you re: media literacy (though I’d like to think it’s less that the majority of people are so dense so much as a strident few overpower the conversation and big studios would rather sand out the edges than bet on the public’s collective intelligence).

This is a side effect of the left claiming that “context doesn’t matter” anymore for the better part of a decade.

I know, I got through it and found myself wondering if I somehow missed the part that actually took a stab at telling me whether it was worth the ten bucks or not

that’s not true there’s also some ancillary covid filler.

This review barely has any focus on the differences between game versions, which is kind of a waste since we can just read the general reviews from four years ago.

You never heard ALL the jokes about Leonardo DiCaprio’s dating?!? For example, “This ceremony is so long that by the end, Leo’s date will be too old for him to be interested in anymore.”
