Netflix movies shuffle in and out. If your favorite tv show is on Netflix one day and then disappears the next, you're shit out of luck subscriber or not. If you "buy" the free PSN game of the month and stay a PS+ member, you keep that game forever until you stop subscribing. No questions asked.

Because they do that already. Its called PlayStation Plus. You get free games every month and if you let your subscription lapse, you lose those games. What am I saying, its better than Netflix in that regard haha.
