I’m not at all perplexed by that. A racist owns a wheel company, or at least a racist working at the company got a hold of its social media. I don’t think there’s a single job on earth outside of ones that specifically deal with helping minorities that I’d be surprised to find a racist asshole doing. They’re kinda

Is it just me or is the most perplexing part of this whole affair that there is a company that is known for making special wheels for watercooled Volkswagens when the method of engine cooling has literally nothing to do with the wheels?

Wait for it to start breaking down, then it will become all too familiar.

Its a concept sketch and like literally every other concept sketch of cars these days shows details that are grossly exaggerated or physically impossible ( such as giant wheels that aren’t even round nor would be capable of fitting inside the wheel wells. As such make commentary all day but when the sketch is not real

The EPA methodology for calculating gas engine MPG has not changed in the past 5 years. A 2012 Chrysler 300 V6 is still rated at the same 31 MPG as a 2017 and all the parts are exactly the same between them.

Or, ya know, the way EPA ratings are calculated changed as they do every couple years and no improvements were put into the V6 to keep its outgoing ratings as they’ve been focusing on the 2.3.

The V6 Mustangs are lighter than the EcoBoost ones. The previous gen V6 Mustang was actually rated at 30 MPG and had 305 HP, but Ford clearly purposely made it get worse MPG this generation to make the EB look better.

Edmunds says the V6 is lighter.

Why do the actions of other people determine what you think is cool?

The sound of last minute braking behind you must be the stuff of nightmares as a rider.

God yes this.

This is how I drive. I always need to know what’s on all four sides of my car because I always need an escape route. If someone veers into my lane, I need to know if I’m safe to veer into the next lane, or if I need to brake or accelerate to compensate.

+100

As awesome as the car’s acceleration aside it also points out the key factor of being aware of your surroundings while driving, including what’s behind you.

This is pretty common practice at most industry trade shows. There’s always a handful of Chinese companies hawking knockoffs and look a likes at their booths.

Yes. Running into anyone who does anything unexpected is riding outside your skill set.

Yes. If he was not keeping a safe enough distance to panic stop in time then yes he was riding outside of his skillset.

because if he put that glass down it would tip over.

That’s a LOT of down and under.

Oh shut up and stop lying on the internet. You have not seen “multiple blow-outs” on the highway due to cars with excessive camber. These cars represent, what, .00001% of all cars on the road? If even that? Even if there are safety concerns, it’s a blip in the radar at most. Stop trying to rationalize the fact that
