I can't imagine this being very fast.

Everytime I have mentioned to someone that i want to visit Detroit(to see the GM building and the CCS campus), I am immediately met with jokes about being carjacked or murdered. Though friends I know who have been often say do it but caution me to keep the visit during the day time.

haha, I don't doubt that last part. Not going to lie I thought that kind of stuff was rad back when I first saw it in like the 9th or 10th grade.

For a few years when I maybe 13or 14; On Saturday nights I would watch the subtitles Asian films on CFMT. One that I saw that I really liked was "The Legend of Speed". Its about a street racer who wrecks and in the process kills his girlfriend (I think thats how it goes, though he may not have been driving, its been

This just reminded me of my highschool days; when this came out. I have never actually seen it though, only promo clips before it was released.

Police in Ontario Canada tend to only ticket drivers travelling a least 15km/h over a posted limit. This is when there is a fine and 3 points towards your license. Often the ticket gets a roadside reduction to 1-15km/h over which is no points but a small fine, but this reduction then means there is just about no

I recently bought a car and was given a trial of OnStar. I have only used it once or twice and never again, if I need directions, I'll just punch in the info into my Google Maps app on my phone or my portable GPS unit.

Thats pretty much why I plan to carry one.

Ive been thinking about keping a fire extinguisher in my trunk. How risky is this on hot/ cold days or a collision?

In my area, Either a "stanced" MKII GTI, or MKV GTI for those who have access to more money. OR a stock MKIV for the females. That is if they have a car, otherwise they ride a Single speed bike.

I wish there was more in that segment in North America. I would like a pickup, but the F150 and Silverado are too big for my liking/ needs (ie hauling bicycles and the odd large awkward object).

I watched this video last night and it just boggled my mind at how horrible the riding in it is. Right from the beginning he's pretty much riding on the shoulder. Then he is soo unaware he literally rides into the back of a car. Yet in his description, he still tries to pass it off as though its not entirely his fault

Another nomination of mine is the "single wiper" mod. I remember when I was in about the 9th or 10th grade and every budget tuner in my area had this half assed mod on their car.

One fad I havent seen in a while is the "two tone" paint job. Where everything above the belt line is black and the lower portion some colour. I remember when it seemed just about every other tuner car had this scheme.

With that amount of dedication to his job/ clients. He'll have no problem getting enough money to replace that car.

As a frequent driver, pedestrian, and cyclist in a city I have to say; everyone sucks at everything. And one of the biggest offenders of idiocy on the roads are cyclists. For example the people in the video. They are riding fixed gear bikes on the street, with the ultra cool narrow bars for snaking through

This is something that can be appreciated on soo many levels. Just the absurdity of someone yellling they own a Dodge Stratus. To anyone, like myself; who has met someone or read an internet comment where someone mentions what type of car they drive as way of trying to win an argument or prove why their opinion matter

I had a similar sitiation happen to me a few years ago. Only it was a Dodge Caravan that had a wheel fly off. I managed to dodge it citing all my experience playing video games.

Daily driving with a manual transmission was ruined for me once I did a few track days. The majority of my driving is straight highway in my top gear, or stop and go in city traffic. And the idea of really working the gears on twisty public roads just isn't the same after you've been able to flog gears and wind up the
