I think Jessie Gender on YouTube has a great explanation on this because she discusses that the jokes and harmful language seem to be at odds with his sentiment or intent. Glad you finally got one!  I got a notification for one of those PS Direct things and by the time they let me in to purchase, they were all gone.  Ha ha!  Oh well.  Chasing restock Twitters is super annoying, but it’s been the only way I’ve been able to get any PS5s.

It kinda looks cheesy, but it also looks very Robert Rodriguez stylized. The only good Hollywood anime adaptation, in my opinion, is Speed Racer, so if this is taking a page from that and making everything overly stylized, then that could be cool.
