You see the sword bag a bit in the episode where they’re hunting the dragon.

Like JWAdvocate83 noted in a reply to me, he typically only needs his silver sword. The other sword is usually with his stuff or on roach. In the show they show that he has a like a big sword bag that he can carry both in when he’s traveling.

He has both but only carries on his back the one he’s likely going to need. It’s that way in the books. The two swords on the back was a video game design decision.

I absolutely love this show. It’s not perfect and some of the effects are BAD but I can tell it was made by people who love and admire the source material and that really shines through.

lol. Almost as if RoS was a big sloppy fan service pie and Abrams just smooshed it in our faces.

I thought Boreal was acting confused as he didn’t want the other guy (can’t remember his name) to know that he understood some of the reading.

What I really loved about Death Stranding is that It can be many different games at different times. It can be tense horror, frantic action, meditative walking, to even a lite puzzler regarding planning of what jobs to take, marking out routes, and figuring out the best placement of installations. I didn’t want it to

“Guiding hand”

It could have been better as a couple movies instead of one. Kind of like how the truncated season 8 of Game of Thrones would have landed better as two full seasons.

It could have been fine if it wasn’t rushed. There was enough for at least another movie. I mean, they introduce the idea of Palpatine and this massive fleet in like the first three or four minutes of the movie.

The problem with the trilogy was that there was no overall vision for it.

Whoa.

That’s an interesting take on why Angela ate the egg, but I think it was something much simpler. She literally just watched her husband of ten years die. I think the eating of the egg was more of a way to quite literally keep a part of Jon with her always.

This, exactly. She is as flawed as the rest of the cast and she literally just lost her husband right before she made the decision.

I found Death Stranding to be both relaxing and one of the most stressful games I’ve played. Yeah, you’re shaking trying to sneak past BTs while trying not to fall off a mountain during a blizzard, but once you get a good zip line network up and running it can be almost tranquil.

100% agree with the top two. I’ve been on a yearlong romp through all of the content for Eorzea and only stopped to hike across the UCA with Sam.

I was way into the first Planetside but the freemium structure of the second game turned me off. I would have rather paid $60 or a subscription fee.

I had been in the grays for several years. Just got out earlier this year.

I would say this is more likely. Probably the same with George RR Martin

Lol
