Weirdly, I read the beginning of that comment in Herb Welch's voice.

If only she was in the Ghostbusters remake, she'd be all over this show.

Morning Chief!
Morning McCloud!

Am I the only one who actually doesn't want Kermit and Piggy to get back together? I mean, it's run its course already. Move on. Denise may not have been fleshed out very well, but from what we saw of her she was kind and supportive toward Kermit. All Piggy ever did was karate chop the shit out of him when she didn't

Rubber biscuit?

That's a funny joke— Mark my words.

Sasheer was definitely there for the goodnights; I know because I said out loud, "Hey, Sasheer got onto the show this week!" Which is weird because I live alone.

Excuse me, but these wars of the stars that you speak of… should I be worried?

I give the episode an A just for the Jasmine one.

Ugh, I hated those damn twins. I seem to remember they only had two emotions: "happy," and "blank indifference." Just looking at them told you which one they were going for.

… only hotter.

I hear you. My dad died in April and I found myself choking back a tear or two as well. Then Claire's smile as Phil walked off with the phone made me miss my mom, too. I'm a wreck, is what I'm saying.

Nowadays, men staring at her boobs is what she counts on. They even built a TV show around it.

Sadly, I actually do remember that.

I agree, I think she's adorable. And in some sketches she's shown just enough leg and/or cleavage to make me think of her as sexy, too. So there's that.

And "A Mighty Wind" was a non-speaking, blink-and-you'll-miss-it cameo, too.

When the sketch stated, the taped intro started briefly ("He's an investment banker…" or whatever) and faded out. Then what sounded like Darrell Hammond doing the host introduction ("Ladies and gentlemen…") started and stopped four or five times, then silence, all while Bobby Moynihan stood there uncomfortably trying

I guess the holiday season has put you in such a festive mood, Dennis, that you're willing to overlook that little technical flub at the top of the Second Wife sketch? That was the most awkward SNL screw-up that didn't involve Leslie Jones that I've ever seen.

Actually I thought they showed remarkable restraint with the cameos— Rudolph was a given, but I was totally expecting Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers to pop in on Update. When you think about it, it's a miracle they didn't trot out that "Wish It Was Christmas Today" song yet again. (I'm not a fan.)

My dad died this past April, and I was having some troubles financially to the point where I wasn't sure I could make it home to help my sister with all the work related to his cremation, clearing out his possessions from his house, etc. It's about a seven-hour drive which I have done before many times, but my car is
