2 strokes are freaky man!!! No valve train required, and as you can see the intake is through the crank case... that why the yellow intake is on the bottom of the engine in the above photo and the exhaust "headers" are in-board on the cylinder head.
I still can't get behind calling this anything to do with being a "Raptor". The Raptor is more than just a hopped up standard F150.
