I mean, that’s not really something you learn from experience by eating out a lot unless you’re with friends who discuss tipping etiquette.

Is that a rule, though? If you have the green light and another driver is approaching, are you supposed to wait for them to actually stop?

When you have the green light, do you stop and wait until all of the approaching cards have stopped at the red light?

You could choose to also not go there when it's just you and your friends.

Just curious, do you shop around for cheap days to fly or make it a point to avoid busy times like holidays? I plan trips around the cheapest flights available, which are usually during off-peak times, and there are usually at least a few empty seats or even entire rows at the back.

We have the right to decide what creeps us out. It may not be rational, but folks are generally more creeped out by things that collect and send data/voice/video to an outside entity as part of their normal operation than by things that could theoretically be hacked to do the same thing.

Came here for the chore-shaming, was not disappointed.

Of course this came in nearly a week before Thanksgiving . . . I won’t be surprised if it shows up unannounced three or four times between now and New Years before disappearing entirely for ten months.

They surely use an outside service for identity verification. I don’t know the details of how it’s compiled but I’ve been asked the exact same set of questions when applying online for credit cards, utility services, etc.
