be careful, they chew up transmissions. they didn’t put a large enough clutch in for the HP. It’s essentially the clutch for the 4 cylinder camry.

Couldn’t agree more. First 10% of that pedal is insane and stupidly so. It’s a truck so 1st is a low gear so I get it but it’s got a drive computer, you think that would be adjustable. That said, the 5.7l is a fast and powerful truck, nearly 370ish HP stock and 0-60 in just a bit over 5 seconds.

how you choose to calculate it has nothing to do with how the feds calculate it. their methodology changed. your assumption that any given mile is the same as another if flawed. you get far less MPG going up hill for example, or how hot or cold it is. field condition matters. the holy grail car of the 80s/90s for MPG…
