It is supposed to help with anxiety and aid in restful sleep. Who knows but friends love it and their kids have a hard time waiting for their turn.

no. It’s a sheet. It is lightweight and easily washable (and I don’t care what the no-top-sheet-crowd is going to say but those comforters and duvet covers are NOT getting washed as frequently with the sheets).

This is an intelligent and well-stated comment. You speak the truth and you do it in a way that might just touch the philistines who are reading this thread.

Hell yes I use a duvet cover. I’m not a monster.

Are these adult babies being carried all over the place like Ariana Grande?

I think 4v4 with the round robin OT (10 mins) is OK but that 2d 10 mins was a bit rough, even if compelling. If it was on an NHL rink, I’d probably think differently but 60 mins covering more ice then 20 mins at 4v4 . . . that said, unless the players strongly objected, I’d prefer 4v4 for continued OT periods than

Can you be specific about what protects women from injuries and overexertion that is specific to women and not to men?

Some of the good people on the side of the Nazis are torn at whom to root for in the gold medal game. When reminded of Merkel “owning” Trump and Putin owning Trump, they breathe a sigh of relief and complain about the OAR not being able compete under the proper flag.

You’re adorable. And literate, too.

It is good you are all in on your generalizations. Especially about the “miserable people” who are just looking for something to complain about. The consistency is not just refreshing, it is cute.

Very funny. Yes, these delicate flowers cannot handle a 50 KM cross country event or skiing from the top of the hill in downhill. Yes, with more events on the Large Hill, none of these precious ladies would be able to land. I mean, each woman’s uterus might suddenly fly out of her mouth and, then what, she won’t be

I did not interpret the post that way at all. Is there a reason for the differences in distance or in rules (as in hockey though that is not the IOC’s fault)? Can’t women cover the same ground in a cross country race and can’t ski jumpers who happen to be women use the large hill? Is there a biological reason why

I did not interpret the comment that way. By “talent pool”, I think he/she meant, “pool of talent” as in # of participants. And I agree - the different # of participants can hardly be ascribed to biology and there is no inherent risk to women that does not also apply to men so having them compete at the same

Davis Cup . . .

The checking rules are different to start.

Tried responding earlier but my computer froze.

My kids will say that I rarely audibly laugh and I am glad they are not hear to see/hear me now (wanna keep the rep intact) but you, the Kool Doctor and Bay Area Fan just nailed it for me.

Pretty sure she is that and he’s the bad guy who just happened to be disarmed. She’s just hunting for sport. It’s what the NRA joyfully calls, “The Transition”, in their marketing materials.

I am grateful for that start time - and I agree that they can’t be expected to play any earlier (maybe 12 noon). Really compelling entertainment.

My wife and I always said she was “filled with God’s glory”
