I am pretty sure this article is the one that asked me to “please whitelist us.”

Lawyers gonna lawye.

Science checks out.

“They claim to be transparent, but not one of these frogs has released even a single year of their taxes!”

Always a nice reminder that Gawker was my only major password breach.

“Star Wars” is just a holodeck program that Data and Geordi have been working on in their spare time.

This looks shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.

Or if we made holding their funds offshore not totally legal. That might encurage them to bring the money back here.

Okay now I looked it up, pretty sure “idiom” is in fact what I was going for there.

Idiom? It’s idiom, right? I genuinely am second guessing my word usage here but I also saw a chance to pile on this thread, rather than go silently look it up and stealth-edit my comment like I normally would in these circumstances.

I’d say “you’re doing the Lord’s work” but that idiom might not work as well here . . ..

Cool.

Moral of the story: If you find something you think somebody has lost or had taken from them, return it.

It’s true! I’m doing it because I’m lazy, no sarcasm. Every time I do a “daily calorie count” type diet, be it Weight Watchers or just the LiveStrong app or whatever else, eventually I get tired of counting every slice of bread, every teaspoon of butter, every almond, and having to look each thing up and guesstimate

“Oh, no, we would never give away personally-identifying information. That would be unethical. Instead, we charge vast sums of money to let companies prey on the insecurities and fears of children.”

I only have the Jedi set but I have them all . . ..

Choir member here. I couldn’t make it through the first episode.

They were with Ash longer than any other companions . . . Brock has been in nearly 2/3 of the show’s entire run, and Misty roughly a quarter. Nobody else scratches 1/6.

She was bullied by INTERPOL cadets back in high school.
