Ex-Toyota PE here. Most of their blocks go through a cleaning and a leak test process in line. I’m guessing that there was an issue with the process that prevented a clean flush of the machining chips. This appears to be an issue in Japan and USA due to the LX being included.

Why are they referring to Southwest as a Low Cost Carrier? Southwest, in my experience, is every bit as expensive as Delta, United, etc, the only difference is they give you two bags, which 90% of airline users don’t need.
