Those who are regular contributors to Geesejugglers world renowned book club know that I read mostly pulp/junk food type books, for that I don't apologize, I read mostly for entertainment so I read what I like.
The show had some rough moments these last two years or so and I wasn't sure the ending would be any good but they pulled it off.
Firefly was defeated by Star Wars in the March Madness poll so this year no complaining about the polls being rigged like the NBA's lottery seems to be.
Tulsa is getting a Comic Con at the end of the year and it looks like I'm probably going because hey, why not, I've never been to one before and a friend invited me to go with her.
I installed OmniRom on my Galaxy S4 yesterday and I'm having some technical difficulties.
I stumbled into a small amount of extra cash and I'm considering buying an Xbox 360 to play Forza Motorsport. I will definitely not be playing online. Is there any reason not to buy an Xbox Live banned console? They are like $50 bucks less than non-banned consoles on eBay.
Ed Lover's cameo (as the court bailiff) on last weeks episode of Psych is one of the reasons I still love that silly show.
I'm sure someone here has seen it.
I decided to go ninja style and get a silent GPU for my PC but don't know a lot about GPU's as I don't play games on my PC so usually just buy something cheap and cheerful. The reason I don't just use onboard graphics is because I sometimes use two monitors.
I'm watching Psych and Gus has a picture of himself flying on a broomstick and calls it Pottering. Is that a real thing? If not it should be.
Holiday cooking has shown me that my cutlery is inadequate and it may be time to actually buy a nice knife and I can't decide which kind to buy.
I'm sure someone here has read it.
Because I may in fact be a masochist, if I read a book and it's been made into a movie I usually try to watch the film while the book is still fresh in my mind.
This is my favorite new show in a while, I knew AMC still had it, even though their last few shows have been sort of meh to me.
I joined Goodreads today because I need to find some new authors to read.
R.I.P. Speed Channel. We'll miss you.
Last year you objected to me calling VideoDrome nonsensical and I told you I would watch it again one day and tell you what I thought. Well that day was yesterday.
I need help identifying a movie. I remember a film that I think was from the 80s where a mad scientist turned everybody green to end racism. I don't think it was a particularly good film but I've been wondering what it's name was for a while now.
