I'm pretty sure garlic and olive oil are why all those islands in the Mediterranean have ridiculous life expectancies.
Malaria IS a parasite. Mosquitoes are just carriers of it and spread it when drinking your blood.
Had to read that for my Sociology 101 class, somehow even more relevant now than when she wrote it.
Yeah, that's like standing in Miami and checking the weather report and saying "Shit it's 55 below in Prudoe Bay today? Better put on a parka and facemask..."
But Walt and I don't live in MN do we? Putting on a jacket when it's 40 below out and frostbite can happen in a few moments, probably the prudent thing to do. 30 degrees, not really necessary unless you are planning to spend hours outside.
I would argue I spent more time outside in NYC than some suburb because I'm not just jumping in my car to go places. But also the point was that Walt is living in NYC and doesn't wear a jacket. I don't either. Comparing it to different locations is irrelevant.
I live in NYC and haven't put on more than a hoodie in 13 years. It's definitely doable. People just need to stop being pussies about the cold.
Can we also nominate him now for the 2015 names bracket?
Am I the only one who felt that Dr. Eve Gruntfest is way overrated? The name does sound ridiculous or flow when spoken, the pun isn't that good, Dr. is always worth like half a star on it's own, but overall it's like a 2/5 star name.
(my feelings on the vile entity known as McGriddles notwithstanding)
Whomever created it really likes it from behind...
He may or not be Peter Pan.
This didn't have to happen if people had the good sense to put Equanimeous St. Brown through.
Loki Skylizard loses a ton of points for being a name chosen in adulthood in my book.
Sox fans were clearly under seeded.
Well if someone is planning to moonwalk they would obviously not wear spikes, because that's just silly to think you could do so in spikes.
I understand the strategy of the game, it's just boring. I can tolerate it though. Golf I have better things to do, like nail my balls to a board or something.
Sports is entertainment, if someone wants to moonwalk around the bases after a HR, let them. I can't sit through a baseball game at this point because it's just not interesting.
True, but the same could be said about the factors too, cleanliness and thriftiness are cultural as well. I think the general gist of this is try dating people whose cultural values you can accept.
